I apologise for the lack of blog posts this month. I'm slowly trying to adapt and transition my lifestyle back to the somewhat hectic uni days of listening to lectures and doing assignments, whilst juggling multiple, casual retail jobs, blogging and my other miscellaneous commitments. However I'm definitely not complaining and in fact, I wish I was even busier. I love seeing my monthly calender being completely filled with errands and events, even though I do love my lazy days too. Today is one of those days. I've just went to the polls, and did my big part as a South Australian citizen. Now I'm currently on my laptop, drinking coconut juice and writing this post.

As summer is well and truly over, I have been digging all my outerwear from one wardrobe to another, whether it'll be blazers, shearling jackets, tailored coats, and oversized silhouettes. There's just something exhilarating about being able to channel some fall and winter apparel, knowing that I finally get some wear out of my knee- high boots and woolen sweaters. Likewise, smart outerwear investments help polish and complete any outfit with a greater degree of sophistication. And in all honestly, who doesn't want to at least, appear sophisticated at first glance, right?
