Little Black Dress

For my early birthday dinner at George's on Waymouth, I decided too dress a little more classy, and feminine with this black wardrobe staple. I wanted to keep the accessories to a minimal. Thus, a thin, gold belt to cinch in my waist, worn with simple, white heels with these gorgeous Bowerhaus earrings, did a wonderful job to give this overall look an elegant touch. Bowerhaus is actually established by two sisters from Australia, Elizabeth and Shentel, who named their jewelry label after the Australian Bowerbird.

The Stage Walk was also nice enough to give my readers a 5% off on their online store when you quote "JODY" upon checkout. It's definitely a great deal considering how affordable and trendy some of their apparels are. And now, I shall end this post with Karl Lagerfeld, who once said, "One is never over- dressed or under- dressed with a Little Black Dress".
Thanks for reading! xx

I love how your dress maintains its gorgeous shape. I don't have anything structually amazing with my black dresses. Most are flowy and has certain details that wouldn't make it an easy staple. Yours look like the perfect essential LBD.

I love your dress and how it's structured rather than just loose fabric. Do you wear shorts underneath? When I wear skirts that length, I get worried I'll expose my underwear by accident LOL
