Kids Around the Block

Bardot blazer, vintage blouse & high waist trousers, Forever New belt, Siren heels, Colette necklace
Sorry for the short hiatus. I've been too busy with school, sick or too tired to post, even though I absolutely missed my blog. I'm not sure whether I have much interesting things to inform you lately. However if one was to think of one immediately then let us see.. I went to the Liza Emanuele Ice Show for her Winter Collection at the Ice Arena. It was actually a really exciting experience as it was my first time attending an actual fashion show. The set up was really creative, being at the ice arena and such. I'll blog more about the show in another post.
I also went to a huge Salvos sale at the Adelaide Showgrounds where 90% of the items were only... one dollar! I was fortunate enough to pick up something ah-ma-zing vintage pieces. Two of the pieces that I wore to the show was actually thrifted - the high waist pants and the gorgeous burgundy blouse. I opted to colour block again because I felt that colour was needed during a cold, winter night. When Cathy and I were taking these outfit photos, we were literally shaking our heads off because the weather was freeeeeeezing. The lights also gave the illusion that my pants were of a gradient colour, which I wish it was now, because it looks quite cool.

And of course, how can I end my belated blog without posting photos of some exquisite food that I've lately indulged myself into. This time it was at Mapo, a Korean owned restaurant. I definitely recommend the creme brulee as a dessert :).
^ my dish!
Lastly, I was featured on Be In Style's blog, so if you would like to check it out then you sure can.

Wowwww I can't tell if your pants have an ombre effect or if it's the lighting, but either way I love the outfit!
